Does Loadful book loads for me?
No. The planner finds and prices freight, and links each load to Super Dispatch, where you request it yourself. Loadful never posts, requests or books a load on any board.
Is the driver app an ELD?
No. It records location while a driver is on duty and keeps the pre-trip inspection, but it is not an hours-of-service record. Keep using your certified ELD.
Why does a trip say it is uncosted?
Loadful is missing one of: the truck that ran it, that truck's cost model, the driver's pay rate, or the trip's routed miles. Assign the truck on the trip page and fill in costs and pay.
Server sync keeps asking me to sign in again.
Loadful does not keep your Super Dispatch password, so when Super Dispatch ends the session it cannot start a new one on its own. Sign in again from Loads → Your book. Changing your Super Dispatch password also ends the session.
Can my dispatchers see everything?
They see all of operations — loads, trips, planning, drivers and trucks — but none of the money: P&L, banking, books, driver pay and billing are for admins only. Give someone the Viewer role to let them look without changing anything. Drivers never see the dashboard.
Can I connect QuickBooks?
Not today. The integration is switched off. Bank matching through Plaid is live.
Does Loadful use my data to train AI?
No. Anthropic processes the data some features send as our service provider and does not train on it, and we do not use your bank data to train anything.
Is Loadful down?
Check the status page. If it says everything is operational and something is still broken, tell us.
