Before you write
Syncing stops or times out
Loadful reads your book from its own servers, using the Super Dispatch session you connected. If Super Dispatch has ended that session — or wants a verification code — the sync has nothing to read. Open Loads in the dashboard: if it asks you to sign in to Super Dispatch again, do that (and enter the code if one is emailed to you), then press Sync now.

The more specific, the faster we can help — what you clicked, what happened, and roughly when. If a sync misbehaved, the time of day is usually enough for us to find the run in our logs.
