Every new company starts with a 14-day free trial of everything, with no card needed. Billing lives under Settings → Billing, and only admins can open it.
Plans
- Solo — $159/month for one truck and one seat.
- Fleet & Dispatcher — $99 per seat plus $129 per active truck, per month. Seats are admins and dispatchers; viewers are free.
- Enterprise — custom terms; contact us.
Seats and trucks are counted for you: add a dispatcher or a truck and the subscription follows, prorated to the day. Current prices are on our pricing page.
Paying
- Open Settings → Billing and click Add payment method. Checkout is hosted by Stripe; Loadful never sees your card number.
- Adding a card during the trial keeps your remaining trial days — the first charge lands when the trial ends.
- After that, Manage billing opens Stripe's portal for your card, invoices and cancellation. Switch to changes plan.
When the trial ends
If no payment method is on file, the dashboard pauses on a screen that says so. Nothing is deleted. Billing and Team stay open, so an admin can pay and trim seats; anyone else is asked to find an admin. Add a card and everything is back immediately.
If a payment fails, you get a banner and 7 days to update your card before the dashboard pauses the same way.
The basics
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance.
- You can cancel at any time from Manage billing; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- If we change pricing we tell you in advance, and the change applies from your next renewal.
