What the shipper sees

Sign the agreement
They read the whole agreement, draw a signature and type their legal name. The signed PDF is emailed to them.

An agreement that holds up.
Every signature is stored with when, where and on what it was made, plus a fingerprint of the exact document the shipper read.
- Your authority is checked first. A Book link only works once your FMCSA authority checks out.
- The right agreement. A load you haul yourself and a brokered load each get their own version.
- Cancellations follow the contract. Refund the deposit, charge the dry-run fee from the signed agreement, or waive it.

- Set your deposit as a percentage. The default is 20%.
- Card fees stay within the rules. A surcharge is capped at what the processor charges you, follows each state's rules, and never applies to debit cards.
- Paid another way? Mark a deposit collected by Zelle, cash or check and the booking confirms as if it had come through Stripe.
- One link for the balance. A receipt goes out automatically, with one reminder if it's still unpaid.
The carrier side
Book first. Assign a carrier when you have one.

Assign a carrier and the shipper gets the notice by email, as a PDF fingerprinted the same way as the agreement.
Offer to the carrier
Send the carrier a page where they accept or counter. They see only their pay, never what the shipper paid.
